The Future of Youth Sport
At Nike, we know that play and sport can be transformative for youth. Active kids are healthier, happier and more likely to succeed in life. But, globally, only 1 in 5 kids gets the physical activity they need to thrive, with girls and youth from underserved communities moving the least.
Nike is helping to create a future of youth sport that invites more kids in, by making play and sport more accessible, fun and inclusive. Great coaches and coaching are key to this mission. And we’re creating tools and resources to improve coaching and invite more coaches who are representative of youth across our communities, relatable and dedicated to making play and sport an experience where all youth belong.
