The Nike Caitlin 1: Clark’s first signature silhouette, engineered to enhance the speed, range and unpredictability at the center of her game, helping her create an even greater performance advantage from anywhere on the floor.

Officially unveiled ahead of its upcoming global launch, the Caitlin 1 sits at the center of a signature collection built around Clark’s game, pace and confidence, ushering in the next chapter in her longstanding partnership with Nike and reflecting a shared vision for the future of the game — shaped by Clark and built for the next generation.

Comprised of the Caitlin 1 signature shoe and a full suite of performance apparel and sportswear, the collection features details specific to Clark and her game, such as cement textures and prints that nod to the court in Clark’s childhood driveway, expanded farther from the basket over time as she dialed in her legendary range.

“A lot of thought and time has gone into this shoe,” says Clark. “I never thought I would have my own signature shoe, and now that I do, it’s pretty special. I can’t wait to share this moment with so many people.”

Innovation Engineered for Clark’s Game

Clark is changing the game: dictating how it's played, who’s watching and what’s next. Built to amplify that impact, the Caitlin 1 marks the debut of a signature collection engineered to meet her specific demands, helping her show up faster and more confidently from anywhere on the floor.

The Caitlin 1 introduces a new Nike Opticast upper, which delivers lightweight, locked-in support so Clark and players like her can push the tempo without feeling weighed down. The innovative construction of cast polyurethane nodes across varied heights is designed to reduce drag and enhance on-court efficiency, all with a visual language inspired by the ripple of the three-point arc. 

A responsive forefoot Air Zoom Turbo unit pairs with a plush Cushlon midsole to help hoopers stay smooth and controlled through every move — delivering immaculate responsiveness, standout containment, enhanced court feel and faster feedback. 

Further, kid-right details throughout a full range of youth sizing fine-tune the adult design for the next generation, improving flexibility and range of motion for young athletes as they move, play and have fun on the court.

“I hope every boy and girl put this shoe on and hope that they can have a signature one day, or that they can go on the court and make 35-foot threes,” says Clark. “I hope this gives them that sense of belief and that sense of confidence to achieve whatever they want to.”

Designed for the Dagger

Finished with signature details designed by Clark herself, the Caitlin 1 is made for hoopers who shoot without hesitation and make logo splashes the new normal.

The Nike Opticast nodes form a series of C’s on the lateral side of the silhouette, while repeated 2s on the medial side create a distinct connection to Clark’s jersey number. Both Clark’s signature logo on the tongue and the stacked Swooshes on the upper nod to the alliteration of her initials, and messages that capture her sharpshooter mentality adorn the outsole: “Shoot More Threes,” “From Anywhere” and “It Was Never a Long Shot.”

Teased in the Caitlin Blue and Warning Code launch colorways earlier this season, the silhouette will come to life in several additional colorways over the coming months, each reflecting Clark’s distinctive design style, meteoric career and global community of fans. The sock liner of each colorway features a cement-inspired look that further connects Clark’s game to the court where her obsession with the sport began.

“We’re trying to make the best shoe there’s ever been,” says Clark. “It checks every box.”

Apparel Essentials for Every Moment

The Caitlin 1 signature apparel collection features 18 pieces that blend modern sport style with performance essentials designed to move seamlessly between the court and everyday life.

The collection brings Nike Standard Issue style to women hoopers for the first time through the new Standard Issue Stretch, which pairs classic athletic looks with contemporary performance technology and elevated materials to keep players comfortable, focused and distraction-free.

Clark’s signature Aero-FIT performance pieces are designed with Nike’s pinnacle expression of cooling technology to keep hoopers dry when the game heats up, featuring a cement-inspired allover print that hark back to the hours Clark spent honing her game on her home court.

The full collection includes jackets, graphic hoodies, T-shirts and other everyday staples that feel soft and easy without sacrificing performance or style. 

The Nike Caitlin 1 signature shoe and apparel collection will be available September 24 in China and globally October 1 at nike.com and select retailers.
