<ul><li>During the Paris 2024 Games, Nike demonstrated its always-on commitment to creating an equitable and inclusive future of sport.</li><li>Nike's Coach the Dream: Future of Youth Sport Summit gathered partners, coaching experts and community leaders last week to shape the next chapter of inclusive youth sport and coaching—and included the announcement of new grants.</li><li>In July, Nike and France's national sports agency published a playbook through their Team Go Girls initiative, which provides organisations across the country with helpful guidance in removing the barriers that girls face when accessing sport.</li><li>Nike is continuing its involvement with the Olympic Refuge Foundation through a&nbsp;project that offers sport clubs in the Paris area training on how to best provide safe experiences for all individuals and&nbsp;increase&nbsp;access&nbsp;to sport&nbsp;for recently arrived refugees.</li><li>Finally, Nike's new career programme, GameOn, is designed to expand and develop the talent pipeline of individuals who pursue careers in sport by providing meaningful work experience for all athletes, including those with disabilities. </li></ul>

<ul><li>Famed fashion designer Isabel Marant has channelled her love for the Chuck Taylor franchise through her namesake brand's first footwear collaboration.</li><li>The collection includes a new silhouette, the Chuck 70 Wedge, alongside a fresh take on the classic Chuck 70.</li><li>The collaboration honours Marant's stake in fashion and her pioneering work around the sneaker wedge trend of the 2010s.</li><li>The Converse x Isabel Marant Collection will launch 11 September, exclusively at the Isabel Marant Turenne Paris pop-up, as well as at Isabel Marant shops and on isabelmarant.com. The collection will be available the next day on converse.com and at selected Converse locations. </li></ul>

<ul><li>Nike, Inc., with support from the US Olympic & Paralympic Committee, is launching a new initiative to provide meaningful work experience for all athletes,* including those with disabilities.</li><li>The initiative, announced during the Paralympic Games, is designed to increase awareness and underscore the importance of disability inclusion, while also broadening the funnel for applicants who seek to develop their careers with Nike.</li><li>Individuals interested in the one-year programme may submit applications through <a href="https://jobs.nike.com/disability-inclusion" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">jobs.nike.com/disability-inclusion</a>. The first cohort will start in early 2025 at Nike's World Headquarters in Beaverton, Oregon. </li></ul>
