We're doubling down on pre-competitive collaborations with suppliers, competitors, NGOs and governments to shift the status quo in the global supply chain. We're leveraging our influence and resources to help create and advocate for policies, practices and tools that strengthen the future for the people who make and move our products and the communities where suppliers operate. We know women make up 70 percent of our supply-chain workforce and we're using our influence and know-how to ensure they can access the support, pathways and resources they need to thrive.
