Nike is introducing its first leotard collection, inspiring the next generation of gymnasts to perform their best both on and off the mat.

The leotards were designed to support girls as they build their earliest foundations in movement, reflecting both Nike’s commitment to expanding sport for the next generation and the brand’s five-decade role as the greatest champion for women and girls in sport.

“I feel that Nike is always thinking of ways to support girls and inspire the next generation in sports," says Skye Blakely, Nike and USA Gymnastics (USAG) National Team athlete. "I can now proudly walk in my career representing Nike on my chest as a USAG National Team member, inspiring other young girls to chase their dreams.”

Nike's leotard collection includes three styles that will be available at retail for the first time.

The halter neck leotard is designed for gymnasts looking to add a dash of flair to their routine without compromising mobility. Offered in lavender and navy, the sleek halter top features a blue-patterned Swoosh; clasp-neck closure; and two thin, open-back straps.

A soft tank leotard features extra Swooshes on its black elastic straps, serving as a not-so-subtle reminder of gymnasts’ strength and power. Meanwhile, a go-to training leotard features a Swoosh at center chest and a higher neckline cut in a silhouette designed for everyday performance and comfort.

Each piece, offered in select kids’ and women’s sizing, has been created to complement Nike’s full suite of training and sportswear apparel, which gymnasts have long embraced for workouts and everyday wear.

The leotards are the first training apparel born from a five-year partnership between Nike and USAG, which began in 2023 and will provide expanded opportunities for all kids to experience the thrill of movement and the confidence it builds, from their first forward roll to their first back handspring and beyond.

With their support extending throughout all USAG disciplines — acrobatic, artistic, gymnastics for all, parkour, rhythmic, trampoline and tumbling — the partners further aim to uplift elite gymnasts on their journeys to the world’s greatest stages, in turn inspiring the next generation of athletes to experience gymnastics and joy-filled movement. (About half of all U.S. gymnasts are between the ages of 6 and 12.)

As part of the partnership, the Swoosh also will appear this year on National Team leotards and training apparel at key international and national events.

The Nike leotard collection is now available at nike.com, on the Nike App, and at select online retailers.
