Treasure Heinle,
EVP & Chief Human Resources Officer

As NIKE, Inc.’s Chief Human Resources Officer, Treasure Heinle is responsible for leading the global HR function and the company’s People vision and strategy. Treasure oversees a global team that manages work streams ranging from recruitment and strategic people counsel to organizational effectiveness, learning and development, pay and benefits, culture, diversity, equity and inclusion, and employee services.

Treasure is a well-rounded leader who, during her extensive career, has successfully worked across all aspects of the HR function. She has a strong record of bringing the best to NIKE, Inc., driving a winning culture and building inclusive, world-class teams that deliver on the company’s growth strategy. 

She began her career at NIKE, Inc. in 2012 as VP, HR Business Partner for North America. Since then, she has led Business HR for the company’s Global Operations & Technology and Global Consumer & Marketplace teams, inclusive of Jordan Brand and Converse, before being named the company’s Chief Talent Officer in 2022. Prior to joining NIKE, Inc., Heinle held HR leadership positions at Danaher, Tektronix and InFocus.

Treasure is a true global citizen, having lived and worked in the Americas, Asia Pacific, Greater China and Europe. A native of Portland, Ore., Treasure is a graduate of the University of Oregon.
