Jennifer Hartley,
Vice President, Chief Strategy Officer

Jennifer Hartley has served as the Chief Strategy Officer for NIKE, Inc. since April 2025. She is responsible for shaping the future of Nike’s strategy in deep partnership with the business units and functions in service of long-term sustainable and profitable growth. Jennifer joined the Corporate Strategy & Development team at NIKE in 2011 from McKinsey & Co. Since then, she has led teams across Global and Geographies spanning a range of experiences from product creation, merchandising, transformation and finance.

Jennifer earned a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from Columbia University.
