Angela Dong,
Chairman & CEO, Greater China

Angela Dong currently serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Greater China, responsible for shaping the vision and leading the team to drive long-term growth in the Greater China region, with the goal of elevating NIKE, Inc. brands and fostering strong consumer connections. 

Angela joined Nike China in 2005. Prior to her current position, Angela acted as the VP, Chief Financial Officer & GM of Territories for Nike Greater China, and served as the VP & Chief Financial Officer for Nike Greater China. Before joining Nike, she worked in management positions for Coca-Cola China and P&G. 

In 2025, she was named to the Fortune Most Powerful Women Asia (MPW Asia) list for the second consecutive year. Since 2016, she has been recognized annually on the Fortune Most Powerful Women in China list and has been named one of the 50 Most Influential Business Leaders in China four times.
