Nike's New N7 Collection Celebrates Indigenous Communities on and off the Pitch

What is it? 

Nike's summer '26 N7 Collection features football-inspired sportswear with the N7 logo, reflecting Nike's continued commitment to uplifting Indigenous athletes and ensuring the next generation of Native youth see themselves represented in sport and culture.  

What design details are featured in this collection?

The material inspirations are drawn from Indigenous weaving and textile traditions that call to mind the natural beauty of the Southwest and celebrate Indigenous communities.  

Who is featured in the campaign? 

The campaign features Madison Hammond, who is a member of the San Felipe Pueblo (Katishtya) and the Navajo (Diné) tribe and Black—and the first Native American to compete in the NWSL. It also features TJ Kahoalii, a footballer who is Tolowa Dee-Ni' Nation and Kanaka Maoli (Native Hawaiian). 

When will the collection be available? 

The collection will be available in the US and Canada on 18 June at Nike.com and select retail locations.  

Nike is unveiling its latest N7 Collection, which celebrates Indigenous communities through thoughtfully designed football-inspired apparel and footwear emblazoned with the N7 logo. 

The collection features a suite of complementary styles, including a football shirt, shorts and custom colourways of the Gato N7 and P-6000 N7 footwear silhouettes. Each silhouette features nods to Native culture in celebratory shades inspired by the natural beauty of the Southwest.   

The collection draws inspiration from Indigenous athletes who are shaping the future of the game by playing for more than the win, underscoring Nike's ongoing commitment to uplifting Indigenous communities through N7 and the N7 Fund. 

"To have this Nike N7 Collection be football-inspired and pay homage to Southwest Natives as one of the biggest sporting events in the world unfolds this summer is so exciting, and it's such an honour to be able to tie my story into that", says Madison Hammond, who is a member of the San Felipe Pueblo (Katishtya) and the Navajo (Diné) tribe and Black—and the first Native American to compete in the NWSL.

"Collaboration was central to this collection", says Lauren Thomas, expert designer, N7, Jordan Brand. "Madison brought an openness to the process that shaped how we created together, bringing her voice into every step. Many of the details came directly from conversations about her sport, her style and the role her culture plays in her life". 

The new N7 Collection includes a training jacket with matching high-rise shorts, Max 90 T-shirts, a mesh football shirt and Club Flow shorts. Exclusive colourways of the Gato N7 and P-6000 N7 complete the full N7 kit. 

The material inspirations are drawn from woven Native textile traditions, celebrating the art of rug making and the beauty and depth of Indigenous craftsmanship. Graphics featured throughout the collection reflect the expressiveness of Native textiles, as seen through the lens of football culture. 

"The colours represent mountainous terrain, clay, water—all of these things that bring so much meaning to me, my family and my people", says Madison, a Utah Royals F.C. (NWSL) defensive midfielder. "This N7 Collection shows how Native communities are a part of the mainstream culture. It represents me in every aspect". 

TJ Kahoalii, a midfielder who is Tolowa Dee-Ni' Nation and Kanaka Maoli (Native Hawaiian), joins Madison in the new N7 campaign, reflecting Nike's continued commitment to Indigenous athletes and ensuring that the next generation of Indigenous youth see themselves represented in sport and culture.  

The release of the collection and campaign is timed to the biggest tournament in football. It also parallels the upcoming announcement of the 2026 N7 Fund grantees, which share Nike's commitment to moving the world forward through the power of sport.  

Through the N7 Fund, Nike invests in non-profits that serve Indigenous communities in North America. Since 2022, Nike has invested $625,000 in grants annually through the N7 Fund, administered by CAF America, to non-profits that are creating the future of youth sport. This investment continues the legacy of Nike's support for Indigenous communities through the N7 Fund and other grants, totalling $15.2 million to 324 organisations since 2009. 

One of the non-profits that Nike and the N7 Fund have supported includes the NB3 Foundation, which was founded by Madison's uncle, professional golfer Notah Begay III. "The NB3 Foundation has been around my whole life", says Madison. "I played on a team through his foundation. Being able to do that on our reservation with other girls that were from San Felipe Pueblo was really impactful for me".  

Non-profit organisations can apply for a 2027 grant from the N7 Fund from 1 November 2026.  

The latest Nike N7 Collection will be available in the US and Canada on 18 June at Nike.com and select retail locations.
