Championing our Nike Community Impact Fund

Nike is powering the future of youth sport with the vision of an active, inclusive world that inspires all young people to play and achieve their greatest potential.
A big part of how we bring that to life is through the Nike Community Impact Fund (NCIF), an employee-led, neighbourhood-focused approach to supporting local community organisations around the world to drive positive, lasting change and make play possible for all kids.
Here's how the NCIF works:
- Local organisations in specific communities apply for grants.
- A local volunteer committee of Nike teammates—from offices, logistic centres and Air Manufacturing Innovation—is trained on how to review grant applications for the best possible matches.
- The Nike volunteer committee shares its local insights to play a leading role in recommending which organisations should receive funding.
- Organisations are notified by the end of May about their grant requests.
