As EVP & Chief Financial Officer, Dave leads Nike's global finance organisation, partnering with President & CEO Elliott Hill and the senior leadership team to drive disciplined execution, capital allocation and long-term value creation. A seasoned finance and operating leader, he brings more than three decades of experience helping some of the world's largest companies navigate transformation, accelerate growth and strengthen operational performance.

Dave joined Nike from Pfizer, where he served as executive vice president and chief financial officer. Prior to Pfizer, he held chief financial officer roles at Lowe's and CVS Health, helping guide business transformation and growth across complex global organisations. In addition to his executive leadership experience, Dave serves on the Board of Honeywell Aerospace, bringing deep expertise in corporate governance and public company leadership.
